Using Surveys to Gather Feedback and Create Suggestions for Online Platforms

The user experience team of the Office of Information Technology at CU was looking for ways to improve Buff Portal and needed feedback from users. My team set out to answer: Are CU students satisfied with Buff Portal and what features do they use the most and least? We created a survey of 15 questions that collected data regarding user demographics, the devices they use, ease of use, frequency of use, satisfaction, and suggestions. After cleaning the data, we were able to identify the needs of our sample population and provided recommendations for O.I.T.
